Not at all! My classes welcome students of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. I provide modifications and variations for different abilities, ensuring everyone can practice safely and comfortably at their own pace.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Fitted or stretchy fabrics work best so they don't shift during poses. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
For in-person classes, I provide all necessary props including mats, blocks, and straps. For online classes, you'll need a yoga mat and comfortable space. Optional props like blocks and straps can enhance your practice but aren't mandatory.
Group classes are typically 60-75 minutes long. Private sessions can be customized to your schedule, ranging from 45 to 90 minutes. Corporate and care home sessions are usually 30-60 minutes, depending on the group's needs.
Yes! Yoga can be therapeutic and adapted for various conditions. Please inform me of any injuries, health concerns, or physical limitations before class so I can provide appropriate modifications. For serious conditions, consult your doctor before starting.
Hatha yoga is slower paced, focusing on holding poses and alignment. It's great for beginners and building foundational strength. Vinyasa is more dynamic, flowing from one pose to another with breath synchronization, offering a more cardiovascular workout while still building flexibility and strength.
Consistency is more important than frequency. Starting with 2-3 sessions per week is ideal for beginners. As you progress, you can increase to 4-5 times weekly. Even 15-20 minutes of daily practice at home can be beneficial between classes.
Yes! I offer live online classes via Zoom where you receive real time feedback and modifications. I also have recorded sessions available on my YouTube channel for you to practice at your convenience. Online sessions are perfect for those with busy schedules or who prefer practicing from home.
Private sessions are fully customized to your goals, whether that's injury recovery, stress management, building strength, or deepening your practice. Sessions include personalized sequences, detailed alignment guidance, breathwork practices, and take home exercises. I typically recommend booking 4-8 session packages for optimal progress.

I request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time slot to other students. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged at full rate, though I'm flexible in case of emergencies or illness.
Yes! I offer specialized yoga sessions for children that incorporate playful poses, games, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Kids' yoga helps develop body awareness, focus, emotional regulation, and healthy movement habits in a fun, noncompetitive environment.
